Order & Returns

1. What are the delivery charges?

Jeannot Ceuticals provides free delivery on all prepaid orders. Rs.149 will be applicable on COD orders if the value of your cart is lesser than Rs.2000.

2. What is the estimated delivery time?

We attempt to process every order and ship it within 48 hours. Your order will get delivered within 3-5 business days depending on your location in India. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to festivals & public holidays, delays on behalf of courier partners, political disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.

With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive a follow up email containing the shipping details.

3. How do I track my Order?

After your order is shipped an email will be sent to you with the tracking number and name of the logistics provider. Visit the website of the logistics provider and enter the tracking number for your shipment details.

4. What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?

Our courier partners will make 2-3 attempts to deliver your package. Delivery times may be longer in such cases. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in coordinating for faster delivery.

5. What should be done if my package has been opened or damaged or I receive an incorrect product?

Please do not accept a shipment that has been tampered or damaged in any way. In case you happen to accept such a damaged or tampered shipment, kindly intimate us by sending an email on info@jeannotceuticals.com with the images within 24 hours of delivery. Please check our Returns Policy for more details.

6. What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive of taxes.

7. Why can I not buy products from my city/pincode?

Availability to your pin code depends upon our courier partner’s service in your location. As a result, there may be certain areas that we will be unable to deliver.

8. What if I have made the payments and there is no serviceability to my city/pincode?

As a process, we will try and get products delivered to non-serviceable locations by tie-ups with local courier companies. If we are unable to do so, we will refund the full amount back to you after informing you on the same.

9. Does Jeannotceuticals.com deliver internationally?

Jeannotceuticals website can only deliver to an address within India.

10. Incorrect/ Damaged and Returns product received

Please do not accept a shipment that has been tampered or damaged in any way. In case you happen to accept such a damaged or tampered shipment, kindly intimate us by sending an email on info@jeannotceauticals.com within 24 hours of delivery along with the pictures of damaged products. After investigation, we will offer you a replacement within 15 working days.

Our products are formulated to be safe for use during pregnancy, but we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider for personalized advice. Lactating mothers should avoid using our products as they contain active ingredients.

3. Are the products safe to use for teenagers?

Our products contain active ingredients and are to be used by people over the age of 18 only.

4. Are the products tested on animals?

We do not conduct animal testing on any of our products.

5. Are the products paraben and sulfate-free?

Our products are formulated without parabens and sulfates.

6. How to store the products to prolong shelf life?

To prolong shelf life, store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

7. Are the products organic?

While not all of our products are certified organic, we create scientific formulas for maximum guarantees and proven results. We use organic and natural ingredients whenever possible, creating a blend of nature and science.

8. How soon will I start seeing the results on my skin?

Results may vary depending on individual skin types and conditions. Typically, you may start noticing improvements within a few weeks of regular use.
